📅 Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags must be intact and attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items (Final Sale)
  • Swimwear & bikinis (for hygiene reasons)
  • Jewelry & accessories
  • Beauty & health products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@banzayakfashion.shop.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@banzayakfashion.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM GMT/EST) with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item at support@banzayakfashion.shop. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
