Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Most items ship from our overseas warehouse:

• Standard (Overseas Warehouse): 10–20 business days (processing + transit combined)
• Ships from US Warehouse (as marked on the product page): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons, holidays, and customs clearance may add delays.

Tracking Your Order
